- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (optional, for creaminess)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
- Let the gelatin cool slightly for about 10-15 minutes.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, folding them gently to incorporate. If using, mix in the cottage cheese at this stage.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or dish and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until set.
