Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by washing and cutting it into small florets.
- In a large pot, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until soft, then add minced garlic.
- Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth; bring to a simmer and cook until fork-tender (about 20 minutes).
