Description

Creamy Crack Chicken Gnocchi is a comforting dish made with tender gnocchi, chicken, and a rich creamy sauce featuring bacon, cheese, and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) gnocchi
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving a small amount of bacon fat in the skillet.
  3. Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and butter, then cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar, and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi and bacon back to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot.
