- 8 ounces cream cheese, block
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- To taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a splash of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the cream cheese and chicken broth to the pan.

- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash more broth.
- Add the gnocchi and spinach to the skillet.

- Ladle the dish generously into bowls and sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.
Notes
