- 2 lobster tails
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the top of each shell and lift the meat over the shell.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon sauce over the meat. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster is opaque.
- Sprinkle parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce.
