Description

Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are a delicious seafood dish featuring succulent lobster meat topped with a rich and creamy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the top of each shell and lift the meat over the shell.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Spoon sauce over the meat. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster is opaque.
  4. Sprinkle parsley on top. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

  • Ensure the lobster tails are thawed if previously frozen.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste preference.
