Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a rich and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken breasts in a creamy garlic parmesan sauce served over cheesy twisted pasta.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece, and let simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. In a separate pan over low heat, melt butter. Add milk, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked pasta. Stir until creamy and cheesy.
  9. Serve the garlic parmesan chicken over a bed of cheesy twisted pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
