A refreshing and rich salad featuring a blend of fresh vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and a creamy yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup Grapes, green
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Green olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 oz Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the green and Kalamata olives, along with the garlic, oregano, and grapes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
