Ingredients

- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 cup Grapes, green
- 1 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Green olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 oz Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the green and Kalamata olives, along with the garlic, oregano, and grapes.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Crumble the feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
