Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pistachio pudding mix and cold milk. Stir for about 2 minutes until the pudding thickens. Set aside.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pistachio fluff for at least 2 hours, or until well chilled and set.
