Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for caramelizing)

  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add them gradually to the cream cheese mixture.

  6. Pour the mixture into graham cracker crusts.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
