- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, ensuring that the chicken is well coated.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
