Description

Crockpot Mississippi Meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring frozen meatballs simmered in a flavorful blend of au jus and ranch seasoning, accented by pepperoncini peppers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (26-ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (with juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot. Sprinkle with au jus mix and ranch mix.
  2. Pour in pepperoncini peppers and juice, plus ½ cup water.
  3. Add butter cubes on top.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot as an appetizer or over potatoes/noodles.

Notes

  • Want it less spicy? Use half the pepperoncini juice.
  • For a thicker sauce, stir in 2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water at the end.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice for a hearty meal.
