Ingredients

  • 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumbers, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, along with the red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl until well combined.
