Description

A quick and tasty treat, Easy Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels are perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing (if using), and green onions until smooth and well combined.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture across each tortilla, reaching the edges.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and place seam-side down.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove the wraps and slice each tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  7. Arrange on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.
