- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (optional)
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing (if using), and green onions until smooth and well combined.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture across each tortilla, reaching the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and place seam-side down.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the wraps and slice each tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Arrange on a platter and serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more buffalo sauce to the mixture.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
