Delicious and easy-to-make Christmas fudge that is perfect for the holiday season, featuring a combination of white and semi-sweet chocolate topped with festive sprinkles.

- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
- Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and semi-sweet chocolate chips in another medium bowl. Divide sweetened condensed milk evenly between the two bowls.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each round. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each round. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles and spread this layer evenly on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
- Top with additional sprinkles and chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour before slicing and serving.
