- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- Sprinkles or colored sugar (optional, for decorating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip, pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- If using food coloring, divide mixture and tint with desired shades.
- Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. You can also pipe the mixture using a piping bag for fancier shapes.
- Top with sprinkles or colored sugar for extra flair.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour or until set. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to serve.
