Easy Crab Crescent Snack is a delightful and simple appetizer featuring crab meat wrapped in crescent roll dough, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or any seafood seasoning
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up like a crescent roll.
- Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle with parsley or paprika before serving.
Notes
- Use mini muffin tins and press the dough in to make little crab cups.
- Add a touch of lemon zest or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of garlic aioli or cocktail sauce.
