Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish cooked in a crockpot, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
