- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
