Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (3 oz) packet cherry or strawberry-flavored Kool-Aid
  • 1½ cups boiling water
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press evenly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the Kool-Aid powder in boiling water. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Allow mixture to cool slightly, then pour into the chilled crust.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  4. Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe on top of the chilled pie.
  5. Garnish with fresh fruit, extra whipped cream, or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers if desired!
