- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups dry pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (if needed)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until just shy of al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add diced tomato and green onions to the beef. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in ketchup and mustard, if using.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in Alfredo sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and stir to coat in sauce. Add cheddar and mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Let the pasta simmer for 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off heat and garnish with parsley or extra green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a healthier option, use lean ground beef.
- Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or bacon.
