Description
A quick and delicious Feta Cheese Frittata loaded with healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, gently stirring the edges to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the bottom.
- Once the edges start to set, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden brown in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Can be served hot or at room temperature.
