Description

A quick and delicious Feta Cheese Frittata loaded with healthy ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, gently stirring the edges to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the bottom.
  5. Once the edges start to set, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden brown in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
