- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

- Return steak bites to skillet and toss to coat. Cook 1–2 more minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Patting the steak dry helps achieve a great sear.
- Adjust spice level by reducing hot sauce or omitting red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
