Description

Flourless Peanut Butter Muffins are a delightful and easy-to-make treat that combines the rich flavor of peanut butter with the sweetness of chocolate chips, all without the need for flour.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line or grease a muffin tin.
  3. Mix peanut butter and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Stir in baking soda evenly.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure the peanut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing.
