A delicious and easy recipe for Fried Cabbage with Turkey Bacon, Onion, and Garlic.

- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 4–6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of drippings in the skillet. If needed, add a little olive oil.
- Add the sliced onion to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes, or until soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped cabbage to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
- Stir the cooked turkey bacon back into the skillet and mix everything well.
- Serve hot as a delicious side or main dish.
