- 120g chocolate chips
- 120g graham cracker crumbs
- 240g pancake mix
- 120ml water
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large, deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Make a small slit in each marshmallow and fill it with a few chocolate chips.
- Roll the stuffed marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick.
- In a small bowl, mix the pancake mix and water until smooth and well combined.
- Dip each graham cracker-coated marshmallow into the pancake batter, making sure it is fully coated.
- Carefully place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Remove the fried s’mores bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- If desired, dust the fried s’mores bombs with powdered sugar before serving.
