Description

Fried S’mores Bombs are a delicious and indulgent treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with a crispy fried exterior.


Ingredients

  • 10 large marshmallows
  • 120g chocolate chips
  • 120g graham cracker crumbs
  • 240g pancake mix
  • 120ml water
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large, deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make a small slit in each marshmallow and fill it with a few chocolate chips.
  3. Roll the stuffed marshmallows in graham cracker crumbs, pressing gently to ensure they stick.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the pancake mix and water until smooth and well combined.
  5. Dip each graham cracker-coated marshmallow into the pancake batter, making sure it is fully coated.
  6. Carefully place the battered marshmallows into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
  7. Remove the fried s’mores bombs with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. If desired, dust the fried s’mores bombs with powdered sugar before serving.
