Ingredients
Scale
- 2 frozen fish fillets (breaded or unbreaded)
- Cooking spray or 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
- Tartar sauce or dipping sauce, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the frozen fish fillets in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes for breaded fish, or 12–15 minutes for thicker unbreaded fillets. Flip halfway through cooking.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite sauce.
