Description

Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a delicious and healthy snack that combines the creaminess of Greek yogurt with the rich flavor of peanut butter, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)
  • Silicone molds or mini muffin tin

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula or whisk to mix until the ingredients are fully blended and smooth.
  2. If you are adding mini chocolate chips and/or crushed nuts, fold them into the yogurt mixture gently until evenly distributed.
  3. Prepare your silicone molds or mini muffin tin by lightly greasing them with a bit of non-stick spray or oil to ensure easy removal of the bites after freezing.
  4. Spoon the Greek yogurt and peanut butter mixture into the molds or muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top.
  5. Once filled, use the back of a spoon or your fingers to smooth the tops for a neat presentation. If desired, sprinkle additional chocolate chips or nuts on top for garnish.
  6. Place the molds or muffin tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the bites are completely solid.
  7. Once completely frozen, remove the bites from the molds or muffin tin. If using a muffin tin, you may need to gently run warm water on the outside of the tin for easier release.
  8. Store the frozen Greek yogurt peanut butter bites in an airtight container in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them. They can be kept for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • These bites make a great snack or dessert for kids and adults alike.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • Store the bites in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
