Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are of even size for uniform cooking.
  3. Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  4. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and parsley, making sure each piece is coated evenly.
  5. Add the olive oil to the hot skillet, swirling it to coat the bottom evenly.
  6. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  7. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking, until the chicken pieces are golden brown on all sides and fully cooked through.
  8. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  9. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet, letting it melt completely.
  10. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter, stirring frequently, and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the garlic becomes fragrant but not browned.
  11. Return the cooked chicken pieces to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter mixture to coat each piece thoroughly.
  12. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and stir to combine.
  13. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and coat the chicken.
