- 1 lb ground beef or beef strips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey (for taco sauce)
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (for taco sauce)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (for taco sauce)
- 6 soft taco tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika to create the taco sauce.
- Warm tortillas. Add beef mixture, drizzle taco sauce, sprinkle cheese, and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite ingredients.
