Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Rinse broccoli and spinach in cold water.
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
