Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with a savory beef mixture and topped with a cheesy garlic coating.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (lean)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, parsley, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
