Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with a savory beef mixture and topped with a cheesy garlic coating.

- 1 pound ground beef (lean)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, parsley, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the filled bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
