Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with melted Parmesan cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold into a pouch.
- Brush melted butter on top of each bomb before placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding chopped fresh herbs like parsley or basil.
- These bombs can be served with a dipping sauce like marinara or ranch.
