Description

Delicious Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs filled with seasoned ground beef and topped with melted Parmesan cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Place about a tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold into a pouch.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of each bomb before placing them on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
