Ingredients

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup baby kale leaves
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 and 1/2 cups SILK unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina (optional, but recommended)
- 1 heaping cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
Instructions
- For the Green Smoothie Layer: Blend all of the ingredients for the green smoothie (pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, and spirulina) until smooth, adding more coconut milk if needed.
- For the Strawberry Smoothie Layer: Blend all of the ingredients for the strawberry smoothie (strawberries, pineapple, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, honey, and turmeric) until smooth, adding more coconut milk if needed.
- Assembly: Fill each glass halfway with the green smoothie mix, then gently pour the strawberry smoothie mix on top, filling the glass. Allow the layers to float on top.
- Serve and Enjoy: Add straws, serve immediately, and enjoy the vibrant, skin-loving goodness!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness according to your taste by adding more honey if desired.
- The spirulina is optional but adds beneficial nutrients that promote skin health.
- Use fresh fruits if you prefer, but frozen gives a creamier texture.
