Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
  • Optional: 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or almonds for added crunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, tossing until well coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the florets are not overcrowded.
  4. Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and toss gently.
