A delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the sweetness of brown sugar and chocolate with the crunch of graham crackers and pecans.

- 1 1/4 cups Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups Pecans
- 2 sleeves Graham crackers
- 1 1/4 cups Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Melt over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 3-4 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top.
- Let the chocolate melt for a few minutes, then spread it evenly across the toffee.
- Sprinkle the pecans over the melted chocolate and allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the butter and sugar mixture.
- This toffee can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
