Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in butterscotch chips.
- Bake: Spread into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool before slicing into squares.
