Description

Deliciously grilled chicken served with tender broccoli and a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest and slice.
  3. Steam or sauté the broccoli until tender-crisp.
  4. Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Assemble bowls with chicken and broccoli. Drizzle with sauce and garnish.

  • For added flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer if time permits.
