- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest and slice.
- Steam or sauté the broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble bowls with chicken and broccoli. Drizzle with sauce and garnish.

- For added flavor, let the chicken marinate for longer if time permits.
