Description

A quick and delicious Ground Beef Ramen Skillet recipe that combines savory stir-fried beef with fresh vegetables and ramen noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. In the meantime, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  5. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Drizzle with soy sauce, sesame oil, and add the ginger. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
