Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes, until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, break it up, and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain fat if needed.
  4. Stir in spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes until spinach wilts.
  5. Remove from heat and top with crumbled feta.
