Description

A quick and delicious bowl made with ground turkey and cauliflower rice, packed with vegetables and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey is browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the diced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet, mixing well with the turkey and vegetables. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
