Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut circles (4-5 inches in diameter) from the dough.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one half of each circle, fold over, and crimp edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
