A delicious and easy breakfast option featuring crispy hash browns topped with creamy avocado, eggs, salsa, and cheese.

- 4 frozen hash brown patties
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large eggs (prepared fried, poached, or scrambled)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese or cotija
Instructions
- Lightly mash the avocado with a fork until it’s smooth, but still has texture. Mix in the lemon juice, sriracha, and some salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning, if desired.
- Place frozen hash brown patties in your air fryer basket, in a single layer, leaving space in between each patty. Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While the hash browns cook, prepare the eggs how you like them. We love this toast with a fried egg, poached egg, or scrambled eggs.
- Remove the hash browns from the air fryer and top each with a quarter of the mashed avocado, a cooked egg, a turn or two of fresh cracked pepper, 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 1 tablespoon of cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- For a spicier kick, add more sriracha or your favorite hot sauce.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for more servings.
