Ingredients

- 3 lbs (1.5 kg) beef roast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp thyme
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Rub beef with oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and roast for 1 hour.
- Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Allow the roast to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
