Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs (1.5 kg) beef roast
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub beef with oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and roast for 1 hour.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
