- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Green beans
- 1 Onion, medium
- 3 Potatoes, medium
- 1 can Tomatoes, with juice
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in green beans, diced potatoes, tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then transfer it to a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
