- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chives (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove finely minced fresh garlic)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in herbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let flavors develop.
- Spread on crackers, use in sandwiches, or melt into hot pasta!

- This cheese can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
