Description

A delicious and creamy homemade version of Boursin cheese, perfect for spreading, snacking, or adding to dishes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove finely minced fresh garlic)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Stir in herbs, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let flavors develop.
  4. Spread on crackers, use in sandwiches, or melt into hot pasta!
