- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
