- Place the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl and melt them using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully smooth.
- Add the softened unsalted butter to the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold the lime zest into the chocolate mixture, ensuring even distribution.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredient mixture into the white chocolate base, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the crushed graham crackers until the mixture is uniformly blended.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.
