Description

Lobster-Stuffed Garlic Bread Boats are a deliciously indulgent treat, perfect for seafood lovers, combining the rich flavors of lobster with buttery garlic bread goodness.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread
  • 450 g cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 60 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Slice the bread loaf lengthwise and hollow out a portion of the interior from both halves.
  2. In a bowl, blend softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Combine the chopped lobster meat, garlic butter mixture, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fill each bread half with the lobster mixture and top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Arrange the filled bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow the bread to cool briefly, then slice and garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.
