Mini Churro Fudge Bites are an irresistible treat, combining the best of churros and fudge in a bite-sized form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate fudge or Nutella, warmed slightly for piping
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt; bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and add flour, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before adding eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Spoon the dough into a piping bag and carefully pipe small bites into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Roll in a sugar and cinnamon mixture and drizzle with chocolate fudge or Nutella.
Notes
- Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying to prevent the churros from becoming greasy.
- Adjust the sugar and cinnamon mixture to taste.
- Store the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
