- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- 1/2 tsp green food coloring (optional)
- 4 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
- Add peppermint extract and mix evenly.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for 30–45 minutes or freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate in intervals, stirring until smooth, then add coconut oil and coloring if desired.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
- Let set completely before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- You can adjust the amount of peppermint extract according to your taste preference.
