Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh mozzarella balls, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Gently toss to mix the berries and cheese together without breaking the mozzarella.
- Add the fresh basil leaves to the bowl, and drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully toss the salad again to ensure that all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
- Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual plates. Drizzle any remaining balsamic glaze over the top for an extra touch of flavor.
